training yourself to cope better

Some of us aren't born with the ability to cope with stress, loss or anger. Sometimes, it takes training to learn how to deal with the feelings that we experience each day. Without this training, our lives just cannot be as enjoyable as they should be. After working with a counselor, my life began to turn around. I started seeing things for what they were instead of the terrible disaster that I pictured them to be in my mind. My blog will share with you some of the tools that I have been given and things that have helped me find a new take on life.
